The Basic Tune-Up

This is a great choice for a relatively new bike or one that was tuned-up in the past couple of years! The Safety-Check service includes:

  • Make simple adjustment of brakes
  • Make simple adjustment of shifting
  • Lube chain and derailleurs
  • Check all nuts and bolts
  • Wipe off the frame
  • Air the tires

Prices* range $35.00 for road/mountain/cross/touring bikes. Recommended for bikes less than 3 years old.

 

 

The Full Tune-Up

This is our most popular package! The Full Tune-Up service includes:

  • Adjust brakes
  • Adjust shifting
  • Adjust bearings in the hubs, headset and bottom bracket
  • True wheels
  • Clean and lube chain and derailleurs
  • Clean and lube cables where needed
  • Check all nuts and bolts
  • Wipe off the frame
  • Air tires

Prices* are $60.00 for road/mountain/cross/touring bikes and $75.00 for tandems and $45.00 for bmx/freestyle.

 

 

The Overhaul

This is the WORKS! The Overhaul service includes:

  • EVERYTHING IN THE FULL TUNE-UP PLUS:
  • Disassembly of all bearing areas
  • Inspection for wear or damage
  • Repacking of bearing in quality bicycle bearing grease
  • Re-assembly and adjustment
  • Thorough cleaning of drivetrain
  • Thorough cleaning of frame

Prices* are $120.00 for road/mountain/cross/touring bikes which includes all new cables and housing; $100.00 without cables and housing, and $150.00 for tandems.

*These prices reflect the labor charge for the above adjustments. Parts and the labor to install parts and accessories are extra. When you come in for a free estimate we will thoroughly inspect the bike and make recommendations. We will make an estimate and call for permission if something should arise during the repair that might cause it to exceed that estimate. ADD $10.00 FOR DIRTY, FILTHY, GRUNGY BIKES.
